Appointments

• Please consider making your appointments four to six weeks in advance by calling (210) 805 0966. We do require a 24-hour notice for any scheduling changes or cancellations. “No-shows” or appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be billed a 100% service fee for all scheduled appointments.

• We request that all appointments confirm with a major credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Transactions are charged to your account only when services are rendered or a service fee is incurred. All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Our scheduling allots the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please help us by being on time, so that no one else will have their schedule delayed. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will automatically forfeit their appointment and pay a 100% service fee.

Salon Etiquette

• We want to serve you in a healthy smoke-free environment.

• We cannot allow pets in the salon, due to health code regulations.

• The Image Gallery does not provide childcare at this time. In consideration of our other guests, and for the safety of visiting children, we ask that you provide another adult to supervise your child while you receive your service.

• We are not liable for any loss of personal property. Please keep your valuables with you during your appointment.

• A smock will be provided for you to wear during your service.

We have the highest regard for you. You deserve to receive the highest quality treatment. Our staff consults with you before every service, so we can evaluate your needs, wants, and comfort zones. To prolong the results of your service, we have specialized skin and hair care products available for purchase. We carry a line of Quiroz custom designed products that have a proven record of accomplishment. Axiom Hair Care is our professional product sold exclusively by our trained staff. We are also recognized as an L'Oreal Professional Elite Salon. By providing Goldwell Color Products, Nioxin and Murad Shampoos and Conditioners, we can assure you a variety of products that meet your needs. Our team is further able to help you by recommending Dr. Grandel and Dr. Med. Christine Schrammek skin care lines for more vibrant and healthy skin. Our goal is to partner with only respected professionals in our industry. These professional recommendations will keep you looking great, while providing the optimum health for your skin and hair. All unused products purchased at The Image Gallery location have a ten-day return policy with a proof of purchase receipt. At the management's discretion, all product exchanges and returns will be determined.

At The Image Gallery, we are involved in on-going training and creative sessions, which enable us to introduce you to the latest trends. We operate as a team; so if you want a different perspective, or simply want to try another stylist, please let us know. We want you to have the opportunity to work with any of our talented staff.
